Filing a grievance
Use this form when a member raises a specific complaint that requires formal review. The filing officer records the complainant’s account, identifies the respondent, and states the requested outcome without deciding the case. Regiment Command makes the decision through the Stamp Tool.
Record facts, not rumors
Give the incident date and a clear account of what happened. Include relevant sequence, conduct, and impact. Separate what was directly observed from anything reported by someone else.
State a workable resolution
Write the outcome the complainant is asking Regiment Command to consider. Keep it specific. The issuer documents the request; the command stamp records approval or denial.

Fill every field. The field copy updates as you type so you can catch mistakes early.
- 3Create image

Paste the image in the proper channel and forward it to Regiment Command for review.
Approval: If not stamped, document is void. A denied copy may carry a stapled command note in the reserved upper-right area.
